The full reading ($19, one-time)
If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount — no questions asked, whether or not you have read the report.
The subscription ($9/month)
Cancel anytime from your Account page or by email. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, email us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address you used to sign in, with the word "refund" anywhere in it. No form to fill in, no reason required. We confirm within 2 business days.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Once issued, banks typically post the credit within 5–10 business days. We never ask for card numbers by email — the refund goes back the same way the payment came in.
