Who runs this
Auspice (青鸾信) is independently built and operated by Shan Liu in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. There is no company call centre — emails are read and answered by the person who built the product.
Support and refunds
Email [email protected] for anything: a question about your chart or purchase, a refund request, trouble signing in, or deleting your account. Write in English or Chinese. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for your password (there are none), your card number, or a verification code by email. Payments happen only on Stripe’s hosted checkout, and refunds go back through Stripe to your original payment method.
