Your chart is personal.

What we keep
Your email address; your birth date, time, and birthplace (with the time zone and longitude used for true solar time correction); the chart computed from them; the readings and reports generated for you; your questions and Xuanyuan’s replies; and your purchase status. That is the full list. Casting a chart requires no legal name, and we never see your card number.
Where it lives
Everything above is stored in our own application database, on servers we operate. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to data brokers. A small number of service providers (email delivery, payment processing, AI generation, product analytics) each handle part of it for a single job.
Signing in
There are no passwords, so there is no password to store or leak. When you sign in, we send a sign-in link to your email through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes your address only to deliver that message.
Charts without an account
You can cast a chart before registering. It is stored under a random anonymous ID, retrievable through the 30-day guest cookie. If you sign up, it is merged into your account and the anonymous record is deleted.
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. After signing in, you can delete your account yourself from the Account page: birth details, chart, readings, reports, and conversation history are removed from the application database together. Deletion does not reverse completed payments or remove records the payment processor must retain by law.
What we do not ask for
We do not ask for your legal name to cast a chart. Please do not place medical, financial-account, identity-document, or other highly sensitive information in chat.
Boundaries
Qingluan Xin is a cultural tool for reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. We do not sell your chart or conversation as a marketing profile.
