What we keep
Your email address, birth date and time, selected birthplace, chart, readings, purchase status, and conversations with Xuanyuan are stored with your account. We need this information to calculate your chart and let you return to the same conversation.
Why we use it
Birth details create the chart. Saved readings and conversation history let Qingluan Xin refer to the same chart when you return. Payment status controls access to purchased features.
What we do not ask for
We do not ask for your legal name to cast a chart. Please do not place medical, financial-account, identity-document, or other highly sensitive information in chat.
Your control
You can delete your account from Account after signing in. Deletion removes the account record, including saved birth details, readings, reports, and chat history from the application database. It does not reverse completed payments or remove records a payment processor must retain for its own legal obligations.
Boundaries
Qingluan Xin is a cultural tool for reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. We do not sell your chart or conversation as a marketing profile.
